Before you start using it, there are a few things we would like to mention.

This checklist is for your Personal income tax return. Where relevant, we will ask you to fill in a separate checklist for any business and/or rental activities.
Complete a paper copy: If you prefer to complete a paper copy, you can download and print it, then return it to us. To download a PDF copy of the End of Year Personal Tax Return checklist click HERE.
Electronic Files: Before you start, have any electronic copies of any files you want to send to us ready to go. You will have an opportunity to attach these at the end of the questionnaire.
Save and Continue: You can stop part way through the questionnaire if you need to. You will see a link and have the option to email that link to yourself to continue it later.
Full names: Please make sure you enter your full name.
IRD number: Please make sure you enter your IRD number.
Not sure of an answer? If you are not sure on an answer, or cannot find the required information, please let us know.

We have done our best to make the questions easy to answer. However, not all questions fit every situation. If you have difficulty answering a question, there is a section at the end of the checklist where you can provide any additional information.

Note: To complete your return on your behalf we must have an authorised checklist. This is required for all circumstances, including NIL returns.
